Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 24-48 Hours to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 10 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your StyleMyWay merchandize, please add the shipping times given below to the 1-2 day order processing period.

Within India Domestic shipping companies 3-5 business days FREE SHIPPING on all PREPAID Orders. All CASH ON DELIVERY would be charged Additional INR70/- irrespective of Order Value.
International DHL/FEDEX 4-6 business days Will vary according to the weight and quantities in the order and location. Will be auto calculated beofre checkout based on above details.

During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays,

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 5 - 7 working days.

NO Cash on Delivery is available for International Orders

 

Customs and international shipping

All of StyleMyWay orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.

Cancellation of Order by User:

Cancellation of order within 24 hours without penalty

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 24 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
