Refunds & returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund.

 

Returnable Items: For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply: We must receive the returned item within 21 days from the date the item is delivered to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. In order to facilitate the return process, please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bag, hang tags on products, dust bags, and gift boxes.

 

If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will be refunded the original amount paid.

 

You can ask for refund if

 

1) You receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition

We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at care@stylemyway.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.

We will send you a replacement against the damaged product or we can issue a refund/store credit.

We will bear the cost of sending you a replacement and getting the damaged product picked up from your place.

 

2) If you did not like the product

Please send us an email at care@stylemyway.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.

Note:

Certain products cannot be returned in this case. We accept returns only if the product shown on the website is not as per the specifications.

We do not accept returns for bulk orders as well which are greater than Rs 10,000. We accept returns only if the product shown on the website is not as per the specifications.

We will issue a credit note for the equivalent amount which will be valid for one year or refund the equivalent amount

 

Note:

1) The cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or If you want, we can get the product picked up from your place and can deduct the charges and issue the refund of the balance amount.

2) The product has to be packed properly so that it reaches us safely in both the cases ( if you are taking care of the delivery or we are taking care of the delivery), then only a credit note would be issued to you.

The product will be dispatched once we will receive the returned product.


 

Cancellation Policy

 

For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at care@Stylemyway.com along with your order id.

 

We will cancel your order and will issue a refund for purchased amount.

 

No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.
