Shipping Policy

How long will it take to receive my Order?
Once you place an order, STYLE MY WAY will generally ship your product in 10 - 14 days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. We also list with each product an Estimated Ship Date to provide more information to you.

How do I track the progress of my order?
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with a timeline, so that you can see where your package is at every step of the way. To check the status of your order at any time, just log into the MY ORDERS section of STYLE MY WAY.

What is the shipping cycle at STYLE MY WAY?
Your merchandise is first shipped to STYLE MY WAY by the various brands and suppliers, after a sale-event has closed. Their shipment to Style My Way can take several business days. Once we receive the merchandise, we quickly sort, pack, and deliver it to our members, but the process can take up to 14 days. Although in most cases the shipment will arrive at your door step much sooner.

Which areas does STYLE MY WAY Deliver?
STYLE MY WAY delivers to most locations within India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to few places.

How Much is the Shipping Cost?
Shipping is FREE, for prepaid orders,for limited time, irrespective of your parcel's location, weight, volume, fragility and the value of your order.
The charges include fulfillment costs of your order.
Cash on delivery option is available for amounts less than Rs. 10,000. If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, shipping is free but there is an additional charge of Rs. 50 as convenience charges.
You can view the delivery charges at the time of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also view the delivery charges in the invoice or My order section.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Overnight shipping is not an available shipping option at this time.

What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. You can then follow your parcel's progress on our website by going to the My orders section. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us at mysupport@stylemyway.com or call us at our customer care numbers or by logging to our courier partner's website; so that we can follow up on your order.
