If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (valid only for returnable items).

Returnable Items:

As part of the detailed product information about each product, we indicate whether or not it is eligible for return. For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply:

  • The item must have been marked as returnable on our site at the time of purchase. Items marked as non-returnable may not be returned at any time.
  • STYLE MY WAY must receive the returned item within 21 days from the date the item is delivered to you.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In order to facilitate the return process, please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, polybags, hang tags on products, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes.

STYLE MY WAY offers two return options:

  • A full refund of the original form of payment

  • For Prepaid order:

    If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will be refunded the original amount paid and the return shipping charges you paid (maximum up to INR 100/-)at the time sending back the order to our warehouse.

    Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect by contacting our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing into us at mysupport@stylemyway.com and sending us the image of the concerned product. You can then courier us the parcel back which needs to reach us within 21 days of informing us. Please note that the package must reach us in the same packaging as you received with all the tags intact. Kindly e-mail us the courier details so that we can track the return item.

    If any Style My Way store credits are used to purchase such an item, those Style My Way store credits will be reinstated in lieu receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase.

    The goods need to be couriered back to STYLE MY WAY address mentioned on the invoice.

    For COD order:

    In cases of refund of COD orders, we will issue a cheque or NEFT to the billing address on the order in the name of the user. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.

You can then courier us the parcel back which needs to reach us within 21 days of informing us.   • For Prepaid/COD order:

    We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase.

    If you are not happy with your purchase or our product does not fit you, we have no problems in acknowledging it and replacing it for you or taking it back. The most common reason for a product to be exchanged is usually if the product doesn't fit right. We understand and are happy to exchange it for you.

    Please indicate your intention of returning the item by contacting our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing into us at mysupport@stylemyway.com and couriering us the parcel.

    We would process your refund if we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

    You would receive full purchase amount and also the return courier charges (maximum upto INR 100) as credit points on www.stylemyway.com . These credits would be added in your account subject to your couriering us back the merchandise within the stipulated time of 21 days of your receiving of the item. These credits carry an expiry date, which would reflect in your account. Please note that the package must reach us in the same packaging as you received with all the tags intact. Kindly e-mail us the courier details so that we can track the return item.

    Kindly note that STYLE MY WAY accepts returns on most apparel, footwear, hats, scarves, ties, and belts unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. From time to time, some of these items will be final sale, as specified on the detail page of the specific item. Exceptions may apply.
